(MT Newswires) -- Carrick Capital Partners said Tuesday it appointed Suzanne Passalacqua as its new chief financial officer, effective Oct. 31.
Passalacqua will succeed Mitch Slodowitz who is leaving the California-based investment firm after more than 10 years of service. Passalacqua currently serves as the company's chief compliance officer.
Passalacqua also headed M&A transactions, buyouts and corporate restructurings in her past roles at DLJ, McKesson, Tamalpais Ventures and 5 Lights, according to the company.
A representative from the software-focused investment firm told MT Newswires that Passalacqua "will continue to support portfolio companies, Carrick funds and its investors," and that no planned changes will take place in the department when she assumes the new role.
